I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair…

I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair from Newby in late August 2025. A well known High Street furniture chain sell exactly the same model under a different name (the Olaf Leather power recliner) but one of the salesperson in the local store let slip that the model was actually a GFA model.Newby House sell the exact same model for approximately £600 lessRegardless of the substantial difference in price, the service from Newby was exemplary; the chair was delivered within a week of payment.I was able to track exactly where my delivery was on the day (Newby use a third party for delivery) and the delivery chaps brought the recliner into my lounge, set the chair up for me, ensured i was happy with it and then took all the packaging away.Highly recommend Newby and their third party delivery company

Excellent service and quality furniture

I purchased a Bentley Designs Wide Tivoli Dark Oak Sideboard from Newby House Interiors and had a very positive experience.The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and the item arrived exactly as described. The quality of the Bentley Designs furniture is excellent and the sideboard looks fantastic in the room.It’s always reassuring to deal with a small independent retailer that clearly cares about customer service. Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table
