Outstanding service!I ordered a Canon RF 70-200mm lens during the very busy time of Black Friday/Cyber Monday.I was informed in an automated email that delivery would take 2-4 days due to this busy period. True to their word, the item arrived on time and on the fourth day. I was kept informed by Next Day Deals at all stages of the purchase. On the fourth day, I even received a telephone call to confirm receipt of my goods.I have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service and aftersales service received from Next Day Deals and would recommend them to anyone else who are thinking of purchasing camera gear!Thank you
This is the second order I’ve placed with NextDayDeals and in each instance I have had impeccable service. My first order came the very next day from ordering and well packaged. My recent order took a little longer however but I was told there might be a short delay. It arrived well packaged within three working days. I unfortunately first placed an order with one of nextdaydeals competitives website and I was waiting for 5 weeks and still received nothing “do not use GearClix”Managed to get a refund from my credit card company and ordered with nextdaydeals. No hassle great prices excellent service.
I ordered a Sony camera over a weekend in 2025. The customer service was excellent. There was a slight delay with the next day delivery. However, I was informed straight away and reassured throughout. Despite the delay, the camera still arrived earlier than the updated estimated time.I’m very happy with this company and highly recommend them.
Bought a Canon 5D from them. The price was the cheapest out there at the time (Black Friday deals). The camera arrived very well packaged with corner protection on the packaging.Although the website said next day delivery they contacted me to say that due to black Friday deals that delivery would be two to three working days. It's good to see open and honest responses to the customer.Contacted customer services with a question via the chat and the response was quick and accurate.Will be going back to them in the future most definitely. Order No ending 5618 to show this is an actual purchase.
The Sony camera I bought arrived in Scotland less than 24 hours after I placed the order and was very well packed. Their website is easy to navigate and response is immediate.I only discovered nextdaydeal thanks to Chatgpt and will definitely consider them for future purchases.
What an absolutely fantastic company. The service is second to none. There was a little delay with the courier and Sarah from customer services could not have put herself out anymore and the issue was sorted. When they say 24/7 service believe me it is 9.30 pm on a Saturday night and still responding to emails. Don’t search for a better deal somewhere else you will not find it.
