Bad support Got rid of my partnership because i shutdown a client server never said that in the rules and never responded to my tickets even tho the founder was online and could have responded
Very disappointing experience overall. The staff and management were unprofessional and difficult to deal with when issues came up. Support was slow and not very helpful, which made resolving problems frustrating.
For the price being charged, the service simply doesn’t deliver the level of reliability or customer care you would expect. Communication and professionalism need serious improvement.
Based on my experience, I would recommend looking into other hosting providers before choosing this one.

the FOUNDER was absolutely disrespectful. called me broke after i asked to by smth and they lied about prices. they attempted to charge me £35 for something that they said would cost 17.99. gave me a warning for saying i no longer want the product after i '' wasted time'' because i no longer wanted the product as i could get the product cheaper else where. said hed refund me for the other stuff i bought and never did. his discord is frankie. banned me for calling him out. wasting clients time more than his own
I have been a customer for over 2 momths now and I have nothing but good things to say.First the support, amazing. Always responds within less than 30 minutes. Having 24/7 support is awsome meaning I can get help whenever I need it. (TeamTagz and Bluestone were really helpful)Second the pricing, its super cheap! Only 75p per GB is insane for what it is, I have seen other providors which charge way more.Third free servers, if you don't need much the free servers are amazing! I love how they stay on 24/7.Best hosting ive ever used!!
