I hired a contractor to do concrete work on my driveway. You cannot trust anybody on that app. He did lousy work and wants to charge me again for re-cementing the small square he over charged me for.I cannot take legal action because he is not listed anywhere and used a burner phone. He wanted cash only and would not accept a check unless my husband went with him to the bank to cash it.I would not recommend using the app for contractors, handymen, or anything else that requires payment.
They are heavily moderating your posts. Your post won't be seen till they review it. You cannot write anything against corp companies. Period. Your neghbors won't see it. Simple topics, like about monopoly about water on the market, or about organic food and where to get it. You cannot write anything against officials, like MUD companies. You cannot also delete your account. Support doesn't exist.
The worst company! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have tried and tried to correct vital information on my business page and no results. They have no phone number. They have done more harm than good for my very successful business. This has been going for one year.
