This comment refers to the Anima GP on line system recently introduced by the NHS when contacting your local GP surgery. I cannot believe that anyone would be so stupid as to introduce such a pathetic and badly designed system. It is utter nonsense and those responsible should be sacked. Having lived and worked in mainland Europe for over 30 years I am astounded that the UK government would introduce such a poor system which serves no one. The NHS is a joke. The system of GP surgery services is a joke. The UK is so far behind other European countries it is embarrassing. The only choice seems to be to go private. The NHS is finished.

I arrived at the A&E department with severe chest pains, an dangerously high heart rate, and spiking blood pressure. Instead of the urgent clinical care you would expect for potential cardiac distress, I was left sitting in a cramped, filthy corridor for hours. The EnvironmentThe state of the hospital was frankly shocking. It was overcrowded, visibly dirty, and smelled appalling. There seemed to be no distinction between those with life-threatening emergencies and those with minor ailments. The lack of triage meant the waiting area was a chaotic free-for-all.Patient Dignity and SafetyThe most heartbreaking part was witnessing the total lack of patient control. I was sat next to an elderly lady who appeared to be suffering from strokes while sitting upright in a basic corridor chair. Seeing vulnerable patients treated with such a lack of basic clinical oversight is terrifying.A Systemic FailureIt is clear that the NHS has been hollowed out. What was once a "powerhouse of success" has been reduced to a failing service. This is the direct result of years of both Labour and Tory governments pushing private initiatives and handing lucrative contracts to private providers while leaving NHS Trusts to wither and struggle.Bottom line: If you have a choice, avoid this facility. The staff are working their socks off and doing what they can, but the system itself is broken, unsafe, and unsanitary all for profit for private health care initiatives. Time to make changes and cut the rot from the wood and that rot is the private sector, they suck the life out of everything and anything for greed and dividends.

Not a very good Physiotherapist

Not a very good practice, Physiotherapist practicing at Fusion 2, situated in the High Street Sheerness.• First appointment was just to take my details. Not even take up my allotted twenty mins.• Second appointment, only 15 mins long, and very little work done on my injury. • At the third appointment, asked about my injury's progress. It wasn’t getting better, so the therapists referred me to a specialist. Only took 10 min.Still waiting for a letter 2 weeks later.Very bad experience, therapists did not know what she was doing or could not be bothered, also very hard to understand what the shes said.Total waist of NHS money.

Had occasion to attend A&E with my husband @ DGRI as he is a laryngectomy patient they have taken away the service at Speech&language department and transitioned him to Livingston as it is a specialised field why do they seem to think that this is the best way forward do not think so and perhaps if he had been examined he would not have been poorly since November you get through a battle with Cancer and then you have to do same to get a service which is the best outcome for the patient

Your wasting your time

The NHS is now a dinosaur. You are waiting months for an appointment, no matter what Starmer and Streeting say your waiting months. You try to call and nobody answers the phone, answer machines, you leave a message and nobody calls back. You try change and appointment and you just cannot get hold of anyone so that appointment gets missed and try to blame us. The doctors are really interested and do the basics, you eventually get the appointment and then they cancel it. Starmer and Streeting are lying as the NHS is not getting better, it's worse. I found it a very stressful experience trying to talk to the right person, bit got nowhere. Just get rid of it and it's flash titles for staff and start again.

Undermining parents common sense!!

I'm furious to have just watched an advert on ITVx giving advice to parents. What an undermining, derogatory advert to all new parents!!! For heaven sake!! How much money has been wasted on this advert? Let alone the cost of the tiny minded people who thought it up(do they have children? I think not. If so. Did they need to be told how to tell their children how to clean their teeth?? I think not!!! Great spend NHS. I think NOT!!!!!!!

Facing Significant Challenges ...

Surprise, surprise, the NHS may have been fit for purpose, but is no longer fit for purpose beyond the free health care. Inferring from the Trustpilot NHS platform comments, the UK ''needs'' to follow comparable European countries and place more importance on capital spending, healthcare outcomes, life expectancy, et al. Fair comment, no?
