I signed up for a 7-day plan as there were no examples of the meal plans on the app or website. Unfortunately on having access to the plan, it was very inadequate with a poor selection of repetitive and inappropriate meals for a vegetarian diet. Furthermore, I had no idea that in the tiny small print I had agreed to a monthly subscription until the first payment of £31.98 was removed from my account. I was horrified and immediately tried to reclaim it. After sending repeated emails of complaint, the answer was still a big fat no. Please do not fall for this scam. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks.
I purchased the no diet seven day trial. After one hour and a very confusing website I canceled. A week later they charge my PayPal for a whole month $40. I explained to them that I canceled and they said they already sent the information so they could not refund my money. I contacted PayPal with no luck. These people are crooks I would not work with them at all. Very disappointed.
Absolute scam. I have only noticed today that they have been taking money from my account that I never agreed too. Owe me £175. No emails to tell me about the subscription. Breaking all the laws in distance selling. Liars when I contact them. How they got my details is a worry. Do not use them
I signed up to a one month plan with this company and then had recurring subscription charges taken from my account - there was no notification from them that this was going to happen and they are refusing to reimburse me. The product is poor and did not meet my needs - there is no way I would have signed up for more than one month. Although they have cancelled my subscription they are refusing to reimburse additional charges - avoid this company at all costs!
