Review Time
This is a scam, i’ve try the7 day free trial, and although i check for do not renew, I got charge for one month. Send them e-mail asking to refund my money, they never did!!!Be aware, it is a scam!!!I did contact help, they did nothing for me. Stay away from this company.
My initial trial purhcase of the nodiet app was May 9, 2025. I cancelled this app before the trial period was up as it wasn't clear or helpful. It had so many add ons and one was mindway which I did not agree to use. I never downloaded the app or agreed to use it during the trial period. Without any notice even after I cancelled 6 months ago I was billed $219.99 for an app I did not purchase or use. I was sent several emails about the issue but all were from nodiet and not mindway. I forwarded the cancellation email even. I am in the middle of disputing this with Paypal and if they can't help I will send it to my attorney as this is deceptive trade practice. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH NODIET! THIS IS A SCAM!
I wish I had read the reviews first!!I am very disappointed and totally gutted they have taken a large amount of money from me! I was also very shocked to hear that they only give refunds if their is a technical issue their end and do not tailor individual needs of their customers, including listening to customers and providing an accurate service. I was misled as I only wanted to enquire and look at a designed meal plan for me with a one off payment of the £5.49, but was never sent the meal plan!!I would never consider paying a subscription of £31 a month and had no idea that I was paying this on a permanent basis. They took 2 payments within 5 weeks of £64 . I only wanted the taster of £5.49, but have been told it was in the small print but it was never made clear, no correspondence sent and did not at any point inform me it will cost me £31 a month. The service is inappropriate and extremely misleading, where they have clearly used this trial price to con, lure and trick people to subscribing to something they are not fully aware of. What is the point of a trial if they are not listening to their customers. Hard to cancel so had to put a block on my bank account! I will be taking this further if my money is not refunded. Do not subscribe, it’s a scam !!!!
Signed up for initial trial which was going ok. I did not receive any reminder email about renewal. Saw a PayPal email for over £100 going to be taken. Contacted customer services on their app, cancelled PayPal but still money which I cannot afford was taken. Pleaded with company but waste of time. What a rubbish company that cannot be bothered to send out renewal notices!
