There is no way to deal with this company that will give you a favorable outcome. You will ALWAYS be DENIED a refund, no matter what. And don't waste your time asking for a cancellation because you WILL be charged in a few months for something else you supposedly requested but actually didn't! If any one commenting on this page had a favorable outcome getting their money back, I'd like to hear about it. The charges are pushed through so quickly that there is no opportunity to get a refund. They did an upsell on my credit card without permission, so there's another negative mark. (They claim I DID indeed authorize it, but I did NOT) There is nothing clearly stated in regular size print to warn you of the scam coming your way! This is one of those companies that checks all the boxes for you and unless you find them and uncheck them, you will be charged for garbage you did not order. And that is how they get away with saying that YOU ordered something that you did NOT. They will come on here trying to defend their fraudulent ways by telling you to contact them. Don't waste your time. Since this company is based out of Lithuania, report them to econsumer.gov (for international consumer fraud claims) and also to the internet cyber crime unit of the (FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center or IC3). They need to be investigated for what they do to unsuspecting consumers! Too bad there isn't a way to give zero stars.
I signed up for a 7-day plan as there were no examples of the meal plans on the app or website. Unfortunately on having access to the plan, it was very inadequate with a poor selection of repetitive and inappropriate meals for a vegetarian diet. Furthermore, I had no idea that in the tiny small print I had agreed to a monthly subscription until the first payment of £31.98 was removed from my account. I was horrified and immediately tried to reclaim it. After sending repeated emails of complaint, the answer was still a big fat no. Please do not fall for this scam. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks.
I purchased the no diet seven day trial. After one hour and a very confusing website I canceled. A week later they charge my PayPal for a whole month $40. I explained to them that I canceled and they said they already sent the information so they could not refund my money. I contacted PayPal with no luck. These people are crooks I would not work with them at all. Very disappointed.
