I’ve just been charged £31.98 for the ‘privilege’ of using their app. It absolutely was not made clear that I’d be stung for that amount. I thought it was a one off payment of £15.00. They’re underhand & sneaky. Do not use!

They helped me get this plan by offering me a extra discount As a senior, I don't have much money. Dr said I have to lose weight, because I have a fatty liver I have tried dieting. But sucess only for a short time, and even though I stayed on the diet the weight came back up

Terrible - avoid No Diet

Terrible. I paid for a 7 day trial for No Diet. They then took another payment of £31.98 7 days later. I queried it with them on the date of payment (I just happened to be checking my account) & they said details on subscription were at checkout - no email to confirm a future subscription was ever received. A 7 day trial means 7 days not a monthly subscription. No Diet have rejected my claim for a refund. I have raised a case thru PayPal but I’m not optimistic.

I took out a plan and cancelled within…

I took out a plan and cancelled within the payment date, even had a email confirming this. Then got a call from my bank fraud dept saying two payments of £176.99 from NO DIET had attempted to take these amounts. I would advise people to be very careful about what they purchase online.
