A scam, I did a 1 month trial & they set it up as a subscription with no notification telling you it's about to renew, the money just goes out of your account & when questioned they put the blame on the customer & will not do a refund. Also the app does not work on all phones. Their site does not left you do 1 star reviews
Do NOT get this app. First of all, the app itself isn't very good. Doesn't respect the selected, or none selected items when creating the meal plan. Furthermore, they "give" you another subscription to an app called Mindway. You cannot opt in or out, it's just done automatically. It's a 6 month trial, the issue is that they send you emails using one address until it`s time to renew or cancel. Then they use a different email address (that wouldn't be in your contacts because you've never gotten an email from that address before) that tells you that your subscription is up for renewal unless you cancel. Since it's an unfamiliar email address, it will likely go to your junk folder (that's what happened to me) and you will miss cancelling and get charged. Customer service is useless because they know what they did to you and simply say they have a no refund policy. I was charged over 300$CAD because of this. I have reported them to paypal and my credit card company and I am posting this everywhere I can on socials. They are in the business of cheating people, not helping them!!!**in reponse to the company reply: I have sent many emails to try and resolve this issue privately, with no success!! They keep saying the same thing, no refund policy and refer me to the terms section of the website. That site (which they provide) mentions nothing about a subsequent subscription to Mindway and after I asked for proof that I consented to such a subscription, I got nothing. They can’t provide any proof that I willingly chose this add on subscription…why? Because I didn’t! They give it to you, without your consent and then use different email addresses so you don’t even know that it exists until you get charged the renewal fee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS! It's all a scam, they are total cheaters not helpers!!!!
