I cancelled my subscription and three months later they take $353.99 from my account. Now they are saying that it is their policy not to give refunds!The reply to my email was a junior and I asked for this to be taken to a senior. I received an email stating that my subscription has been cancelled and that I have access to the app until 13/10/2026, which I did not authorize. Do not sign up with them under any circumstances.
