AVOID AVOID this company at all costs they are operating in the same way as a SCAM company.As others have mentioned BE WARNED and AVOID after paying for a reduced cost one week diet plan through apple app, I have then been charging a months subscription which I did not agree to . Instantly I reached out to them to get this payment reimbursed and they refused, it was for a subscription I have never entered into. I only purchased a one week diet plan not a monthly subscription. AVOIDUPDATE: pay no attention to the reply from NO.DIET below they are a scam company as I have already contacted them and the refused to refund the unathorised amount. SCAM COMPANY.... AVOID
What an awful company - DO NOT TOUCH! Looks good to begin with, sign up for free 7 day trial, but on using i could see that it wasnt for me. I DID NOT notice anything about recurring subscriptions - so it really isnt obvious.I deleted the app and forgot about it. However on checking bank statements i saw they had taken 2 withdrawals from my account. I cancelled immediately and contacted them via email. Several emails back and forth, but bottom line is THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT! They've got your money and there isnt a damn thing you can do about it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
THIS COMPANY CAN REFUND ME MY FUNDS.....I BELIEVE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF....TO BE QUITE HONEST THEIR PLAN ISN'T THAT GREAT....THEY HAVE TAKEN £63.98 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION...AND I WILL CONTINUE TO HARASS THEM AND WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THEM UNTIL THEY REFUND MY MONEY.....WITH A BIT OF LUCK THEY WILL LOSE MORE MONEY THAN MY REFUND.....UP TO THEM
