I have been charged on 9/19 and 9/30 for the same thing. I think this is a SCAM and would like the second charges refunded immediately. There should never have been a charge eleven days after the first.WHAT IS GOING ON HERE????????????/

Subscribed to month subscription without consent

Bought a 7 day access for £4.39 which I believed to be a one off purchase then a week later they took £32 for a monthly subscription I didn’t agree to. I complained and they won’t refund. I would have paid another £4.39 without question if I thought it was my mistake. Disgraceful.

Do not start the trial

Do not start the trial, as when you forget to cancel in time the new subscriptions just unexpectedly get deducted and if you not happy the will not refund you - in this new day and age where if you not happy with your purchase, you can get a 7 day cool off period and request a refund - there practice of just deducting without confirming that you want to continue is unethical - too many add ons - don't try it!!

I felt intimidated by all the add ons…

I felt intimidated by all the add ons and the bombardment of additional purchases. This left me cautious and hoping that the 3 month purchase will be a great experience and not a costly loss of money. 4 stars is because the initial pull to want what the programme was offering is inviting and slick.

DO NOT use this Company!!

DO NOT use this Company!!I wish I had read the reviews before I did, after paying for a 7 day trial they have now taken a full months money out of my account and will not refund even though under consumer law you have a 14 day cooling off period and the app/website is VERY mis-leading regarding this matter. You can not cancel off the app you have to email and wait for a response and clearly reading all the reviews it is best to completely avoid using this Company full stop.
