If it had zero stars that’s what I would give. I took out a monthly subscription for a special discount of £15.99, after a week I realised it wasn’t going to help me with what I wanted, so I cancelled the subscription. Not thinking anything else, until £105 went out of my bank which PayPal won’t refund.I have emailed the company & they are saying that I signed up to the subscription & coaching & I also can’t find the cancellation email which is quite scary, as I know I did it ? Sadly a lot of people won’t find this until after they have already subscribed, cancel your card etc, change passwords, a very expensive lesson learnt !😡
