If I could rank below a star I would. I am yet another that has been scammed. Paid for a 7 day plan. And 7 day later scammed me for a month. No notice no hope in hadis of a refund. Hopefully people will read reviews. And didn’t even use the app.

As others on here mention, when signing up for what you think is just the 7 day meal plan you are actually subscribing for the monthly plan at £31.98. Nothing is clear with no confirmation received of ANYTHING. No.Diet customer response:When you signed up for the 7-Day Plan, it included a trial period at a reduced rate. As stated during the sign-up process, unless the subscription is canceled before the end of the trial, it automatically renews at the standard monthly rate. This is why you were charged £31.98 on October 8, 2025.Regarding your refund request, according to our subscription policy, payments are non-refundable once processed. The terms of automatic renewal and non-refundable payments are presented during the initial checkout process.
The way they pursue you is not pushy or making you feel guilty. I felt like they gave me opportunities to try their product at a discounted rate. For me it was a great way to make that step and give it a try with out feeling that I may be getting into something not worth the money or the time.
