SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Wont let you cancel subscription. Got charged twice apparently I had two subscriptions with them. Emailed to cancel both subscriptions. Received an email back from Nora to say both subscriptions cancelled no further payments. A month later they tried to take another out payment. Emailed them with the previous email where they confirmed subscriptions were cancelled. Nora responded and had deleted her previous email and asked I provided proof. Was able to screen shot the previous email which I had saved as proof of cancelation a month before and sent to Nora. No response since.
The recipes are useful, but they decide what your options are for each meal on any given day. You can 'swap' out recipes for alternatives, but again you only get the alternative options they allow on that day, so although you can search by ingredients, you won't see all the options on the site. For example, I spotted a recipe for cheese and spinach scones, but had to trawl back through previous days' options to find it as it wasn't available on the day I fancied making it! Would be a lot better if ALL the recipes were offered as alternatives each day.I've paid for 3 months and sicerely hope I won't incur further charges.
