Review Time
I signed up for the 7 day trial back in July/25. I would not have willingly continued with the automatic monthly payments. I didn't even use the trial as I broke my wrist. I just noticed that $58 had been deducted from my PayPal for 3 months. Customer service spouted the non refundable company line. No receipt of payments or any other notifications were sent to my mailbox. This is the grey area of marketing. Legal but sneaky and designed to suck you in. Junior and senior management did not listen to my comments nor answer my questions. I feel scammed. This automatic payment "scheme" is something I have avoided until now. I feel angry and duped. It is adisingenuous advertising. Avoid it!!!!Update added 1 day laterI received a typical programmed response from no.diet. it was sympathetic and understanding. They said that they were working towards improving...blah blah blah. It was condescending and full of platitudes meant for us to think that they are the good guys. I didn't believe any of it not for one second. They think that I will be appeased. I am not. There's a reason that their average rating is a 2. They are manipulative, devious and will continue to be so until the public shun them . It would take little for them to issue me a refund if they were truly sorry. Their words are just smoke and mirrors designed to ensnare their customer base. Don't be fooled.
