I am absolutely fuming because I have not set up any plan with you guys. This morning £176.99 was taken from my account and I have no idea what for? My app has not even been set up with no plan in place. Can someone please contact me. I’m on the phone to the bank right now.
I have no clue what this is, but you have just take £176 from me, this must be some amazing meal plan, if only I was benefiting from it. But trying to find how I have this fee charged to me or to be able to contact anyone regarding this is impossible.
AVOID !If i could give it no stars I would. I agreed to a 7 day plan to give it a try and paid for that, i was then shocked to find out after the 7 days a payment of £31.68 was taken out. When contacting this company i was advised that the £31.68 was actually a monthly subscription that was on an automatic renewal. 2 very important points here, 1 its not worth £31.68 A MONTH, and the most important I was NOT AWARE that it would automatically roll over to a monthly subscription - apparently I agreed to this when signing up for the 7 day plan. I have no knowledge of this information at all and I disbuted this with the company who have said it was part of the terms and conditions of the original plan. However as the majority of these reviews are stating, the consumer is actually aware of this and its sharp practise. I have had multiple emails to this company informing them it was a mistake and as I never used any of the plan or services for the 7 day period - certainly wouldnt be moving forward with a monthly arrangement. They are extremely unhelpful and I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to recover the money. They wont even offer a partial refund as a matter of customer service, all they want to do is get you on a renewal subscription, I cant comment on the app or the services but from what i did look at - it was basically a few receipes that despite saying what foods i didnt like - the receipes had those foods in so it certainly wasnt tailored to me.
I opted for 1 week trial. There is NOTHING clear that says you will be charged for a month subscription if you don’t email them to tell them. So was shocked to find £31.98 missing from my account. Basically robbed out of my account. I have contacted them numerous times to ask for a refund because it’s not clear and they just keep quoting me the same rubbish! The actual diet isn’t great either as foods are more or less the same. Don’t bother as you will be ripped off too!
SCAM!!!!!!!! You do the survey of what food you like and the 1st days menu is those food that you said you dislike. I had only joined 10 minutes before receiving the menu. Tried to cancel and get a refund:- the response was they would cancel but there is NO REFUND. Don't be conned!!!!!
