READ EVERY WORDthe intention is to trap people into paying more than they intended. I've lost money I could not afford when I bought 1 week on the diet and ended up paying £31.98 for a further month I did not need or want. I requested a refund as soon as I the payment was taken but that was refused. I hope no one else is taken in by them.
I signed up for no.Diet,back in March of this year.Then,after receiving little or no communication from them,I cancelled the subscription that I was led to believe I had signed up for!!I received an email confirming that my no.Diet plan was cancelled on June 7th.Today,I had '£178.96' taken from my bank account,for something called MINDWAY.I'd never read,heard of,or agreed to sign up for this but according to no Diet,I did.I have never received any communication,emails,or service, related to anything called Mindway,so if i subscribed to it,what was I paying for.If Mindway,was all part of the original no.Diet agreement,then surely,when I asked for my subscription to be cancelled as part of the terms,conditions and agreement, that should have been cancelled too?!Ive requested an immediate refund. Im a 65 years old,and the amount of money they have taken from my account makes up nearly all of my food money allowance for this month.Please,if anyone else has fallen foul of this,I would like to know,as Im taking this up with Trading Standards.Please avoid this company,their ethics are deplorable!!😡
I've just started using no.diet, but so far its been fantastic! I love my coach! It's been only about 36 hours, but we have made a plan just for me. He has helped me all day long to stay on point with food, energy levels, short stretches, and light exercise. I was exploring the no.diet website, and there are so many things that piqued my interest. The meditations and how to work through emotional blocks. I am super impressed with no.diet, and I am so glad I'm a part of something awesome.
After 1 week, the coach has helped me navigate multiple situations which have derailed me in the past. Based on the obsessive confirmation requests of the coach, I believe this is an AI program. As a result, the machine is incapable of compassion. That lack of compassion and emotion make this all transactional. But, it’s helping me see my own emotions and dial them out of my food equation.
Very Disappointed,I paid once 7$ ,than after one week you take me from my account without my permission 40$ .First of all , You don't have no right to take money from private account .Please refund my money in 24 h,if you not I will go to international police and tell all this to Google customer protect.
Absolutely worthless program. Tried to cancel immediately but they already had my credit card and they would not refund my money. My worthless “subscription” is for 3 months ( I know, I need to have my head examined for signing up at all.) my fear is that they will attempt to charge my card again when the subscription runs out. Customer service is located in Lithuania. This was a basically an online scam.
I signed up for a 1 month trail with no add on’s. The company took out money out of my bank with out consent and are refusing to give it it back. I’ve been charged for monthly subscription I have not agreed too and also add on’s also for coaching at £75 which I have never received. The company will get you sign up and keep taking your money until you realise so please watch out
