It is a ripoff. The advertising does not match the reality of the program. I discovered this as soon as I paid and was allowed into the actual program. I immediately requested a refund which they denied. DON’T BUY INTO THIS SCAM.

So far so good

So far so good. I’m only a few days in but my coach, Julia, is awesome. She listened to everything I said and made excellent recommendations and helped create a rough plan that would be “do-able” while keeping a journal of everything I’d do. From that she will be form a better plan. She was easy to talk with, didn’t judge, was encouraging, and wasn’t “fake” at all. She was genuine and kind, which I appreciate because honestly, this stuff is really hard. I’m looking forward to seeing what she has in store for me and getting healthy and hopefully losing this weight. Maybe I’ll get another opportunity to write another review once I’m further into the program.

I have purchased something i haven't recieved, did not realise it was an app I haven't downloaded anything you never sent any welcome email or instructions. I had not realised I had actually purchased this via paypal , it was a mistake , you won't refund and not replied to my emails on welcome pack instructions or anything!!!!! Would give zero if I could

No reminder of charges, and they won't refund

I honestly thought I cancelled this app/subscription after the trial period. I no longer even have the app on my phone. Today, I saw a charge come up on my Paypal account for $79.98 and was surprised to see what it was for. I would never pay this much for an app. I contacted the company right away and asked if they could refund since I was asking the same day as I was charged. They said they absolutely have a no refund policy. They also do not send out reminders that you are about to be charged. UPDATE on 9/22/25: After submitting my initial review on 9/7, NoDiet replied right away. They asked that I send them additional information, which I did. As of today, I have not heard back from anyone at all. I feel like they replied to the bad review to save face, but didn't do anything about it.

Its very expensive for recipes

Its very expensive for recipes the app doesn't link to any other fitness apps so you are not able to vet a true picture of progress. No analysis. Tracking doesnt work. Njce idea but needs more work.
