No.diet offered a mental wellness app to go along with it. They advertised it for 99 cents but charged 99 dollars. Cancelled it on my request but refused to refund the money. I never used the app and recommend you buy a book on the Mediterranean diet if this interests you and stay away from this scam.
I am so upset, not only I am a pensioner and unwell, I now have to deal with this, 31.98taken out of my account since may every month.I have tried to contact you but the phone number does'nt workI don’t have an acc number ? I have sent everything to hrlp@no diet the amount the reference on my credit card and e mail x I feel now this is all too much to deal withI have e mailed like you advised, the reply is repetitive, telling me to download the app, which I have never had , and also have cancelled the subscription, it’s impossible to get the right kind of help or advice .All I can say is thank goodness my credit card has blocked this subscription!! The amount of stress and phone calls has been unbelievable x I think you need to have more empathy x
I took out a 7 day plan at £5.49 downloaded the app, looked at meal plans etc no correspondence from nodiet whatsoever. At the end of the 7 days all information on the app had been removed. The day after they had taken £31.98 from my bank account. On contacting them I was told when you take out a 7 day plan you automatically get charged for a monthly plan afterwards, unless you cancel. This isn't made clear at all or I wouldn't have signed for the plan
I started to use this site and was told it would be $8 a month. For that price you do get recipes on your phone only - you cannot download anything - so if you wanted to say make a notebook of your recipes you would need to write them all down. As I have specific dietary needs, the recipes I got basically involved 6 ingredients - nothing special at all to them. I stopped looking at the site as it was basically not very useful, and then saw a charge for $35 from this company!! I never agreed to pay this amount and was told by the company "too bad", you didn't cancel soon enough. No where in the initial agreement was a $35 monthly charge mentioned - I know because I checked to see what all charges would be before signing up. This site is a SCAM!! All they want is your money!
I am loving the app. I enjoy the variety in the meal plans and I am losing weight at a slow and steady pace. Like with any weight loss, you need to be organised and that takes effort. I pack my lunches the night before so that I am not tempted. I registered for the 3month trial and regret not signing up for the lifetime option as reviews show that communication is poor. I will try and see what happens. I would recommend the app for weight loss
