Customer service is excellent, i got a tracking number right away, I ordered the maia for my girlfriend and I’m super excited to see if it helps her. EDIT: Heat stopped working after her second time using it, unfortunate, but emailed them and they sent out another one right away without any hesitation.

My girlfriend doesn’t really like it

My girlfriend doesn’t really like the product, not at all actually. No hot enough and the massage power is super weak and we don’t really feel it. And my girlfriend is pretty sensitive and she’s is not feeling it, means it’s not a big deal.
