I ordered 2 pairs as a Christmas gift for my partner, one of the socks had a big hole in the big toe part. I sent them a message about it so they apologized and told me I can choose between a refund and a 20% coupon. I told them I prefer a refund. The next Email they sent me the coupon saying their policy does not allow a refund. So why did you offer a refund if it's against policy? I don't understand. Also if you offer a coupon, offer one with a decent amount not a 20% one! All in all, terrible experience. Edit: Finally received reimbursement after many emails.
I’ve sent a message via online portal and still not heard back, this was way over a week ago. I ordered 2 x large packs and there are a mixture of sizes in each. Some fit comfortably and others I can’t even get on my foot. Please respond.
Recently got some of these, nice socks but sadly had 2 pairs the right size and 3 that are massive (a good 2/3 inches longer in the foot) Customer service has been rubbish, obviously AI or auto responses. After telling me to wash them to see if it fixes the issue they offered me a 20% discount of my next pair or a refund for 1 pair, said if they can’t replace the big ones I want a refund of 3 pairs. Haven’t heard anything since. Not happy!
