Useless communication from this company.Come on… it’s the 21st century.No confirmation or thank you for your order as it’s through Shop which means they haven’t learned about doing own e-commerce.Waste of time trying to email as after first generic reply, they don’t respond to follow up emails.
Really not impressed by this company. Any replies as to where my socks are or when I am going to get them is responded to by an automated reply. Very disappointed and very annoyed that after several weeks I still don’t know when or if I am going to get my socks.
This is the second year I ordered socks as a gift. I ordered 10 days ago, order confirmation received and monies taken. Information given that delivery would be 2-5 days, no sign of delivery. Sent enquiry to company, received an automated reply and to date no further communication. Disappointed in the current customer service and awaiting an update. Considering cancellation and request of refund, if I don’t hear from them by the end of the week.
I purchased the Svea 5-pack in March 2022 and loved these socks at first. They are comfortable and the patterns are fun and unique. After about 18 months of intermittent usage, they started getting holes and 2.5 years later I’m down to just one pair.
I have purchased from you two times. Generally, I wear 100% wool. Although you use blends I was satisfied with the 1st purchase so I made a 2nd purchase, different colors. You were having a "Black Friday" sale and I took advantage of it. I'm satisfied with both purchases. I wear your socks all the time. Thank you.
On the 11th of December I notified them that order no NU412103 had arrived missing an item. I supplied the requested package slip and photos of the received items. Nothing from Nordic socksSo I resent the information. Still no response. I’m missing a Christmas present - a pack of 5 pairs of socks. UPDATEI supplied all the requested information. But still no sign of my missing socks being sent out or refunded.
It looks like my order was lost. I have put an order through and paid for 48h shipping. It states they ship orders within 48h from purchase. A week on and 2 emails later, I have no actual update on my order. The replies are nonchalant and lack in customer service as they refuse to give me a genuine update on what is happening. I have requested a refund. Will never use Nordic Socks again.
