I am in the same boat as ‘Dissatisfied’. I ordered my socks 8 days ago as a gift for colleagues and had the same automatic response “our warehouse is working hard…”. If you don’t have a customer service helpline then you really do need to respond to email queries raised for specific orders. The product looks amazing and I’m a Nordic girl who looked forward to gifting these socks- just disappointed that I am still waiting and for the lack of customer service response.
I love buying from Nordic Socks for myself and to give as gifts! The website is so much fun to shop around for unique and beautiful socks. Sales are wonderful and shipping is fast! Thank you for a great product, I love being your customer!
great socks.... for less than 12 months then they end up in landfill as the heels get worn down to nothing and end up with massive holes. Bearing in mind only worn during colder months and I had 5 pairs which have all been binned. Really poorly made socks. update:I like the reply from Nordic socks essentially blaming me washing them and using them as the reason they didn't last. I have merino wool bridgedale socks that are over 5 years old and going strong still, and that's wearing them on long hikes and around the house. Don't blame product care on your sub standard products that do not stand up to normal wear and tear. Shameful.
Ordered my socks 9 days ago. No sign of them yet. Contacted customer service and had this response:“Our warehouse team is working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
