Review Time
Received items in my order I hadn’t ordered yet was charged for. Can’t get to speak to a real person.. just bots. Returned items exactly as per their website requests. Well over a week ago now and proof they have received items back from courier yet no refund. Absolute charlatan company. Also states socks made in Europe when in fact on packaging states made in Turkey . Will have to try to get bank to get my money back. Steer clear of this con artist company.
Nice socks but there is a fault in one of them and they are slow in getting back to me.I did not appreciate the hard sell at checkout trying to entice me to buying more at a special price, with a timer counting down to put the pressure on. It sent alarm bells ringing.They seem to do LOADS of advertising but I'm not impressed so far with their customer service and hard sell so won't be buying from them again. There are other companies out there who are better.
