Be careful of what you order. There are 2 different types of socks, the newer ones(2nd generation) and the first generation. If you're looking for the first generation socks, they are on a totally different website and not on the Nordic site. Nordic does not tell you this. The newer socks they have come out with are very bulky and loose fitting, and seem to be made with a totally different material than the first generation. I have ordered their socks for years and always liked them. However, when I ordered the cotton socks this time thinking I was going to get the same product.I've always got is, I got completely different socks. If I want to return them.I have to pay for the return postage, as well as the shipping to get them to me. Canada Post is now on strike which makes the only option to return by courier which is crazy expensive. This company has definitely went downhill over the last couple of years with customer service.
It’s now 18th December and since 27th November I have been trying to resolve the fact that one of my pack of 5 pairs of socks contained 3 damaged pairs!! After a number of emails to and fro they agreed to send me 3 new pairs and asked me to choose 3 colours. I immediately replied and since then have had complete radio silence despite emailing back on 2 occasions to ask what is happening. I put a review on here and got a reply from Veronica the customer happiness person who said it was being processed and someone would contact me. But I have heard nothing and on contacting customer service again they say they don’t have any record of my emails!!! To say I am angry is an understatement! I will continue to write poor reviews until I get my replacement socks!!!
I ordered several pairs of socks for Christmas. There was a big sale so I got some for my wife and myself. One pair was on pre-order status. Unfortunately, I found out later that they wait until the entire order is ready to ship. I missed Christmas so I contacted Nordic Socks. They were very understanding and divided my order and shipped out what was in stock right away. It was less than half the order by that time. They did issue a partial refund though.When the socks did arrive, it was worth the wait. They are super comfortable. Very soft. Not too hot and not too warm. Customer service was great.Looking forward to the rest of the shipment. Just be wary around sales as they seem to sell out fast but continue to sell back orders so you may not get your shipment in the 2-7 days.I would still order from them again.UPDATE: The remainder of the order arrived mid January. The socks are fantastic! I have been wearing them every day.
