Review Time
I placed an order December 1, my credit card was charged. All items ordered were listed as in stock. Per Nordic, "most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours." After no updates were provided, I reached out on December 12 and received an automated response stating a service agent would be reaching out shortly. This also has not happened. This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I don't have much hope it will arrive by 2025 at this point The lack of communication is unacceptable - I should not have to be posting a poor review in an attempt to get a response.
This is the second time I have purchased socks from Nordic socks. I absolutely love them. My feet get cold very easily and I absolutely despise having cold feet. It is a huge struggle I have all winter long. I don't have that struggle with these socks. They are so comfortable and warm. And the colors are just beautiful. I love the design and pattern of the Ida pack I bought for this winter. I will definitely be purchasing again.
Ordered 4 packs of socks on 1st December and still haven’t received them. Paid £4.99 for delivery for delivery within 48 hours and still not had a tracking number. Chased up by email on 18th and got a generic email with no further updates on when I will actually receive my order. Have sent a further 2 emails and had absolutely no response. Absolutely shocking customer service. Stay clear from this company!
I ordered socks on 1st December as Christmas presents and still haven't received them. Unfortunately the communication from Nordic has been very poor, they have been extremely slow getting back at me and their latest email (08/01/25) claims they are out of stock of one of the pairs i ordered and they are offering a 20% discount off my next order as an apology. I don't like giving low reviews as i know how hard it is to run an online store but the poor communication and still no shipping notification from an order placed over a month ago is extremely poor customer service.
I have been buying them for some time now, they are great in the summer as they are warm in the winter. I started buying my wife them because her feet get cold that's what happens when we get old. She loves them as much as I do. keep up the great work on putting smiles on faces around the world. I must say I have to watch for the specials because we are on a fixed income so I can't buy them all the time. I would ask if you can one day offer Senior Discounts to those who love your socks!
