I explained my situation, but they didn't believe me, assuming they know everyone's background. I had a debt with a relative and didn't want to pay her due to her behavior. When I shared what happened, they acted like they had all the answers and even threatened legal action. It was frustrating. I returned their product in poor condition and ended up purchasing a new one from another platform with much better service. The customer support from this company is the worst I've encountered. The initial reviews I saw were negative, and I understand why. My review from June 16 was removed for being honest. Shortly after, I noticed numerous 5-star reviews from what seemed like random users, all with similar timelines, which raises suspicion. It seems they might have incentivized positive feedback, a common practice these days. Other brands have offered me incentives for good reviews, so it's certainly plausible.
