Don't buy absolutely shocking experience with this company bought the socks £60for my wife paid for 24hr delivery £10 took nearly a week to come in that time the socks went into sale £30 while still waiting for mine, so l asked to cancel and I'll buy them in sale at the sale price as mine hadn't come yet. Horrible customer service email only. I'll be returning them and getting a full refund. don't pay for 24hr postage as it doesn't come.
I ordered almost $300 in socks on November 26th. I have not received the order and the order has not been shipped. I have reached out 3 times via email and have received no response. Very frustrating experience since the socks will be Christmas gifts. An update on the status of the order is all that I am looking for. I need to know (a) they will be shipped and (b) if they will be delivered before Christmas. Otherwise I am scrambling to buy gifts for 3 people.
I just purchased our 8th badge of 5 pairs (over almost 2 years time). My husband, teenagers and boyfriend of one and myself wear them all the time during cold season. We all absolutely love them to the moon and back. Beautiful colors, warm and great quality!
