misleading discounts and terrible customer services, so i cancelled my order now waiting for the refund. I am relieved as just read some of the reviews regarding the very poor quality which seems to reflect the poor customer services i received, so Teko here we come..
The advertising for the socks convinced me to buy them. I was hesitant when I ordered but then when they arrived I was absolutely thrilled. The socks are exactly as advertised, they are very well made in lovely colours and what's more they keep my feet really warm. I've made a great purchase!
After researching this company and calling my bank to dispute the charge i've discovered this is a dropship scam site. There are two places you can’t fix your reviews, Facebook (shocker they don’t allow reviews) and Reddit where there’s a MASSIVE thread about what bad experiences with this company is. And if you like me got scammed, dispute with your bank or PayPal because they won’t refund you. In response to owner: a 4" opening is made for a baby doll not a human. The "exact" measurements are so wrong i assumed you all sent the wrong size by accident. There is also no sizing info for leg opening which would not fit over my 12 year old daughters calf, she is a small girl (size 2) and i am a small woman (size 5).
I bought Ida - Red (1 Pair) × 1XL: 10-12. I wear size 9 shoes but ordered size ten as I have wide feet. The feel inside the sock was less than comfortable.I have quite thin legs. The sock tops did feel snug. I wore them all day. Wen I removed them I realised they had bee too tight. A had awful pains where the sock tops had been and had to use pain relieving gel to get some relief. I’m glad I only bought one pair. I won’t be buying again. UpdateNordic Socks have contacted Trustpilot asking for more information to identify me as a genuine purchaser. Sadly Trustpilot send an electronic form I can’t make sense of. There is nowhere to write any text and they don’t say what information is requested. Update, I had to look up Trustpilot instructions to companies to find out what information was actually required. There was no option to only put one method if contact. Trustpilot need to make this form clearer.
