I appreciate their products and have been a customer for over two years, especially enjoying the hair and beard oil, which work well and are reasonably priced. However, in the past five months, it has been quite challenging to get clear answers about when my order would be available and shipped. It seems they are undergoing changes in their shipping process and altering ingredients in a product I already liked. Delaying updates for months without honest communication regarding order shipments feels unprofessional, especially when they appear to be more focused on social media content. Previously, I rated their products five stars and thought their customer service was excellent. They really need to resolve these issues; I wish them the best.
Authentic and honest company that formulates the best natural hair products. If you are looking for a natural shampoo that works just get this, its a bit pricey but ive bought from them many times and the bottles last me months, definitely worth it. Ive been using their shampoo+conditioner for over a year now and i don't plan on switching to any other brand anytime soon, they use very minimal ingredients that i feel comfortable putting on my head. I hope this level of quality continues in the future!
Product is good. I love it. I ran out.. but cant seem to order more because EVERYTHING IS SHOWING SOLD OUT FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS ON THEIR WEBSITE. EVEN LAST YEAR I KEPT CHECKING EVERYWEEK TILL THE PRODUCT WAS INSTOCK BEFORE ORDERING. IF YOU CANNOT KEEP UP WITH STOCK JUST FILE FOR BANKUPTCY... anyways... I ended up buying their competitor.. AT LEAST THEY HAVE STOCK!!!!
