The Sauna is brilliant however the red light therapy rope didn't last, they need to stitch a pocket in the sauna tent to hold the battery casing for the red light.. the sauna steamer is just cheap and flimsy..you be better off using a wallpaper steamer.. I don't pipe the steam in anymore..I just sit it inside the sauna with the lid off it..
Going in the ice bath every morning has helped stop my legs from cramping in the night! I love starting my day with 3-5 minutes of cold plunge. The gives me energy I need & reduces inflammation due to arthritis. Cover bag works to keep out leaves and bugs. The ice trays help the temperature & don't drip when filled! Thanks nurecover! I tell all my friends how great it it!
Ordered the sauna from Nurecover a bit apprehensively that the product would not be as good as the ads made it seem. Got it set up and had a mechanical issue that was quickly resolved by the customer support team. Once I received my new part at no additional charge, I was blown away at how well the sauna works. I use it a few times a week and it provides the same sauna experience I was use to getting at the gym with the added benefit of getting to use it whenever I want instead of only during gym hours.
