They use Klaviyo to grab your email address when browsing their site (presumably if you're logged into a Google account) even if you did not give it to them. Never give a company like this any of your personal information, and never visit their website. What a horrible sales tactic.
First, On the website it wouldn’t let me start a return so I had to contact them to even start one. When I finally started the return I shipped it out with UPS next day air which I believed was going to expedite the process. After contacting them over and over again they said it can take up to 10-15 business days to receive the refund which is ridiculous. It has now been over 15 business days and have yet to receive a refund. I keep contacting them via chat and they keep following up with their finance team but nothing has been done yet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN! Another aspect that was even more unpleasant was that there phone number doesn't work. I have only been able to contact them via phone once and all the others went straight to voicemail.
I had to reach you guys out to get my heater from my sauna order and i had to prove that i didnt get it and it went so much time before i get it and have news from you, since then i asked for a compensation for the waiting and all the difficulty i had to go through, since then i am waiting again to have news from you guys.
