I have been very impress with my Nurecover Sauna! It works great and the steam is very intense and designed to do what it’s designed to do. I’ve shared the experience with my Son and Brother in law and they were blown away on how effective it is. My Brother in law was sold and purchased one immediately after returning to New York!I love the privacy it offers as Gym Saunas can become overly crowded and stuffy! Great invention!!!
This is by far the worst company I have ever have ever dealt with.I purchased the Tropic Sauna and Ice Bath combo over ten months ago. It worked for three weeks in total. The first steam unit lid cracked after approximately two weeks of use. It's clearly an issue, as others have highlighted it several times. They sent a replacement unit, drop-shipped from China, so I was without the sauna for over a month.The new unit arrived, and I was finally happy. However, after a few uses, it cracked. Clearly, this is now a common problem to the point that their new saunas come with different steam units. All customer service emails were replied to with a copied and pasted generic email, which led me to complain via Trustpilot.I was then offered a refund/exchange strictly if I removed the Trustpilot review, despite stating in the same email that I had a warranty and the right to exchange. I suggested ethically that I did not want the refund as it would be unethical for others to come across my issue if I was aware of the specific problem they have; however, I did ask for them to upgrade just the pod unit to the new design, and not even replace the whole steam product, which is cheaper than the refund. Despite this being fair for both parties, I was told that they wouldn't replace my steam unit with the new design as the only way they could do that was if it was a completely new order. This doesn't make sense on a customer service issue, which has happened on multiple occasions.So when I asked for my warranty exchange, I was continuously met with the review needing to be taken down before they processed the exchange, despite the Distant Selling Act and my legal rights. I was then blamed that the issue must be with my electricity supply, that they couldn't control the electric supply to my home, and that the problem was more than likely mine and not theirs.For context, my home is PAT tested regularly as it's also my place of business, and we've never had any issues with electronics. Our home is also less than five years old. So, as a customer, expect to be blamed for their faults, to have no ownership of customer service, to lose your money, and to have your legal rights infringed on, which they continuously ignore.
I received the shipment in the mail about a week after I ordered it and the setup was very easy and it works great. The Ice bath does wonders for me in the morning and the sauna feels great in the evening after a work out. I am pleasantly surprised on how well the sauna works. Satisfied customer!!
Great customer service. Representatives have always responded to my questions and emails. I just had my steamer break down and representative sent me a replacement. My replacement arrived damaged and now waiting on a new one but great customer service.
