My portability ice tub is the best purchase I’ve made in years. Very quick and easy to set up and great for after workouts. I’ve seen so much improvement in my recovery time since the purchase. Nurecover prices were very affordable and shipping time was super fast.
My experience so far has been amazing. Customer service has been top notch and took care of a small issue I was having with the tropic lid. The sauna is great and does exactly what it supposed to do. Gets very hot and you also feel rejuvenated after each session.
I have had the ice bath for almost a year and it’s great. Super easy to set up and small enough footprint to keep in a basement shower I don’t use ever. Recently had an issue with the ring at the top deflating and one email to customer support and it was resolved within a couple days. They’re sending a replacement to remedy the situation. Have had a great experience with Nurecover so far.
The customer service team is second to none. Unfortunately in the world we live we run into unexpected, unintentional issues with some products we purchase. I had a slight issue with a good product and it was tackled immediately! Professional, reasonable, polite, fast acting, etc…they set the bar high!
Worst costumer service ever..Placed an order, Applepay filled in the wrong address. I immediately called, they were closed (Sunday night). I call the following morning (Monday) to fix the address, was told they’d get back to me, didn’t. Then I called again today (Tuesday) they told me they’d talk to management and contact me. I was asking if they have a policy or anything in place for if I don’t receive my package, they refused to answer me and then suggested I go to the wrong address and tell the people to expect my package. No answers. No solutions. No understanding.
