Ordered a $400 red light therapy sauna from this company with the free ice bath included. This was meant to be a gift for my boyfriend. Shipping came quickly but upon receiving the items we opened and went to put together the sauna only to realize that not only did they NOT include the red light therapy, which I paid MORE money for, but also that they sent us a USED sauna. The steamer was covered in gunk and grease. It had OBVIOUSLY been used. Additionally, the tie that keeps the sauna cover rolled up was ripped and frayed, another piece of evidence proving that it was used prior. Additionally, the ice bath did not come with the cover lid, the light strip, and we were missing the red light therapy. I immediately emailed the company for assistance as I was furious and EMBARRASSED that I had purchased this as a gift only for it to arrive and be used. I can’t even begin to describe how disgusting and unethical a company has to be to send a used sauna to a customer. I also commented on their instagram to let them know about the situation and they deleted my comments. I attempted to contact their customer service over the phone but it immediately goes to voicemail. This company is obviously a SCAM and is trying to make it as difficult as possible to receive any kind of assistance. I will report them to the BBB if I do not receive ACTUAL assistance.
I received both the ice bath and the sauna. They were both super easy to put together. I am very pleased with the material that both are made of. I took the ice bath early in the day, and once I caught my breath, it wasn't as bad as I anticipated. I tried the sauna around 8 in the evening. Wow, talk about sweating it out. I went for 15 minutes,used the rug, and there was still a puddle in the bottom. Great products.
We use the sauna and bath at least twice a week and both are amazing! There is a little issue with turning off the sauna but its no biggie as we just unplug it anyway. We would love to know if Nurecover sells the new lids for the ice bath separately as we would love to upgrade
I absolutely love my nurecover sauna. My husband has mild asthma, and I deal with various symptoms of Lyme. Since getting our sauna, my favorite part of the day is at night when I can relax and detox in there while listening to a podcast. Best Christmas gift ever!
Nurecover Ice Bath! We recently purchased the Ice Bath. As promised, it was extremely easy, fast to set up & takes up very little space. Our entire family uses it after workouts for fast recoveries of muscle soreness and in the mornings to energize us for the day. This was a very good addition to our daily routines at very little cost. Nice job Nurecover!
