I’ve tried several CRMs in the past, but Nutshell is a clear winner when it comes to ease of use, price, features, integrations, and overall value... it strikes the perfect balance between powerful functionality and simplicity. The automatic call logging, transcriptions, and summary's provided are an absolute game changer; every call is captured, logged to the correct contact, and clearly summarised without me having to do a thing, and I can even send the summary, action items, and recording straight to my client. It saves time, improves accuracy, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks - which is critical when you’re dealing with people’s lives and simply cannot afford mistakes. The searchable transcripts make follow-ups seamless and reviewing key details effortless. On top of that, the Nutshell support team is fantastic, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful and having a dedicated account executive makes a real difference (Chad has been amazing). It’s rare to find software that combines smart technology with real human support, strong security, and compliance for handling sensitive information, in those regards Nutshell truly delivers.
