Review Time
This is the 3rd time I'm having to write a review. I bought this bottle in July, didn't think it kept my water that cold. A while later it started leaking, found out that the rubber ring in the cap had fallen out, I requested a new one, which customer service were more than happy to send me.I'm now traveling and in Ecuador and the ring has dropped out AGAIN. My while backpack is soacked.Think this is a design fault and could be looked into. Why does the rubber ring need to be detached and not a permitted fixture or make the lid so it doesn't need a ring.I now have another week of a leaking bottle.
Best company I have dealt with in a long time. Their products are fantastic. The flasks, which I purchased are great, although a seal did break on one of the bottles. Not a problem. Ocean Bottle rectified the problem very quickly and efficiently. Can't praise them enough.
The bottle keeps drinks cold or hot, it's easy to clean, easy to carry, solid with a great base, lovely colours, and lightweight even with my 1l size. Delivery was quick and minimal packaging which could be recycled. I thought the app was a bit gimmicky but I've continued to log my refills and it's nice seeing your impact and makes me think twice about buying any plastic bottles (like in a sandwich meal deal). I think the company have a great product here, genuinely care about the planet, and I received great customer service. Well done Ocean Bottle!
The customer service was amazing. Denis was so responsive. I feel like I haven’t had contact with a company like this in quite a long time. They went above and beyond my expectations. I already loved the product. And I highly recommend!
