I absolutely love my Ocean Bottles (two, 1L bottles) and have used them both everyday for the past two years. I needed new gaskets for the mouthpieces and was replied to quickly, politely and solved my problem very promptly. Amazing bottles, amazing service! The next time I need to get a water bottle, its a no brainer, I'll be getting another Ocean Bottle.
It’s been 16 days since I made an order and still no sign of bottle being shipped. Service agent advised it will be shipped ‘soon’. This supposed to be Christmas gift and ‘soon’ isn’t good enough. This is very bad customer experience. Pity I haven’t read 1 star reviews before placing an order as it seems it’s the practice. According to the company website EU delivery takes 3 to 6 days. The expectations need to be manage better and correct timing listed on the website. I feel cheated by supposedly highly accountable company. Shame***Update*** The bottle arrived on 22nd December - in time for Christmas. Changing 1 star review to 3. Thank you
The best water bottle I’ve ever used. I religiously use this everyday and take it everywhere now. I’ve seriously put this thing to the test - logging, dropped chainsaws on it, been kicked with steel toe boots, it’s so durable with not even a single dent. The little ‘ring’ round the neck of the bottle is also incredibly strong and showing no signs of being on its way out. 90% of days I use it I run out of water before ice because it’s that well insulated - sometimes I wake up in the morning and there’s still ice in the bottle from the night before.
This is the best reusable coffee cup I have ever had- and I have tried a lot. Never leaks. Can be totally sealed shut. I’ve had it for over a year and it’s still working as well as when I first got it. I had an issue when cleaning I put the seal back in the wrong place- emailed the team and they replied the next day and solved the problem with some simple instructions. Great customer service. I will definitely order from here again. The coffee cups are expensive but totally worth it- I don’t need any of my other reusable cups from different companies that have all started to leak.
I purchased the bottle with pride, hoping that the bottle would be of high quality whilst making an impact on the environment. I have previously bought reputable branded water bottles but this time I thought I was doing more by supporting work towards the environment. The bottle itself looked great but as soon as I started to use it, I noticed that the promise of keeping your drink warm was an absolute lie. I only drink warm water so I needed a bottle that would continue to keep my drink warm. I immediately recognised that it wasn’t keeping my water warm for 6 hours like they advertised. I wrote to them to complain as their return policy doesn’t allow you to return the bottle if you’ve used it - which I was shocked by! I had a quick response but not straight forward. Emails went back and forth between us as they wanted to know more information about the issue - even though it was quite simple. The bottle doesn’t do what they advertise it to do.They wanted me to count how long the water stays warm, swap lids with the other 2 lids that I had purchased on top of the actual bottle. They now said it only keeps drinks warm for 3-4 hours with the original lid but with the brew lid, it stays warm for longer (again - that’s not the impression you get from their advertising) I don’t have the time to sit and count the hours the water stays warm. All I know was that within the hour, the water was significantly cool. They offered to replace the lid - which I questioned because they had also asked me if the bottle was warm to the touch with hot water (as according to them, this was a sign the insulation was not working) - it was not warm but they only offered to replace the lid. Absolutely disgraceful and appalling customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!
