The bottle itself is great, and Denis from Customer Service was exceptionally helpful when I had a leaking issue.I've got the large 1L Ocean Bottle, but it appeared to be missing the rubber ring in the lid, which caused water to build up in the grooves and leak each time I opened it. I reached out to customer service, and Denis arranged for a replacement to be sent out within 24 hours. Although the first replacement had a small crack, Denis was very apologetic and quickly sent out another.Overall, the issue was resolved and I'm back to being able to use the bottle again
Got one of these for free at a careers event. Pretty good as just a water bottle although can't speak to value for money and the NFC thing seems a bit gimmicky. I was quite excited about the modular design and have since bought a 'Go' lid and 'Brew' lid to take on trips so I only need one bottle/flask. Go lid and brew lid are just about adequate - every time you remove the brew lid, the seal falls out, requiring quite a bit of fiddling to replace. Go lid just about works but the design is such that the included silicone straw barely seats on in the lid and falls out a lot. Seems like they could have been designed better. It's hard to recommend the product for the above reasons, but you'd be hard pressed to find a vacuum insulated water bottle that's this versatile.
This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I have spent a long time using reusable glass water bottles and always had the problem of them breaking or being afraid of breaking them! Then I discovered ocean bottle through a YouTuber recommending them on her video, I bought one and have never looked back. They are lightweight, sturdy and aren’t going to break like glass. They also keep cold drinks cold for a long time and the handy handle makes it easy to carry. And one of the main things that suprised me about this bottle is that it doesn’t have any unusual metallic taste that some bottles can have. Honestly I will never look back and cannot see myself buying a bottle from any other company than ocean bottle ever again!
