I purchased a roll away bed from OJ. The return policy was very misleading and when I rec'd the bed there were parts missing and the packaging was poor at best. The mattress arrived with NO protective covering and during COVID this is not acceptable. I called OJ and told them I wanted to return the bed. They told me their policy was it would have to be returned at MY EXPENSE and there would be a 20% "restocking fee". I again told them the bed did not meet my expectations and missing parts and they still would do nothing to make this right. I will NEVER purchase anything from OJ again!
I purchased a Christmas tree on Walmart.com and apparently these people were the sellers. The return policy on the website stated I could return it to the store so I went to the store to return it and they couldn't accept the return. So they told me to contact walmart.com. I did and I also contacted the seller and explained the situation. I asked them to give me a pre-paid label and they said sorry but they can't and that I needed to pay to ship this huge Christmas tree back! What?! So Walmart's website says that I can return it to the store under the return policy and then I bring it to the store and they can't accept it and now the company is making me pay for shipping to return it?! I even asked to speak with a manager and he was "in a meeting". So ridiculous. TERRIBLE customer service and very misleading. Lesson learned, I will never purchase something on Walmart.com that isn't shipped and sold by Walmart.
I purchased the Karla Dubois Wooster Dresser in Almond from ojcommerce in 9/26/2020. When my daughter received the dresser it was missing two legs. I called them they sent the two legs but one of the legs would not screw in tight to the bracket. I called ojcommerce again sent them pictures which explained the problem also a video showing the problem. My daughter received two brackets on 10/23/2020 which did not fix the problem the leg is still loose. I called today 10/26/2020. First the told me that the dresser was out of stock and they could not send me a replacement dresser or any parts. I told her I don’t want a new dresserI just want a leg that fits!! She than said she couldn’t send anymore parts because the item was out of stock. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor so she put me on hold than came back and told me that the supervisor was unavailable and that they will refund me my money because the item is now defective and they are not making it anymore. Which was funny because 5 minutes earlier she told me it was out of stock. So now I have a dresser with 3 legs which is no good to me. I purchased the bed, Changing table and I want the matching dresser. Not only if the product defective so is Ojcommerce. I have tried many of times to email Karla Dubois to get this matter fixed but nobody has responded. I also called their number and because of Covid all customer service support is online. I have been dealing with this for a month. This was a gift to my daughter & son-in-law for my new grandchild and how embarrassing this whole ordeal has been plus this dresser cost me $350.00 and to know this company and Karla Dubois will not stand by their product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Finally found a company that really goes out of their way to get your order to you in a timely fashion. I placed an order for reusable hot packs for my bad back. I was notified that they had shipped them just hours of me placing the order. This order arrived in perfect condition 4 days sooner than expected. I would definitely buy from them again. Impressive service!
Ordered a student desk for my granddaughter who is currently doing remote learning. After a few days without contact other than a confirmation I started checking the order status online. It kept staying at "processing" so I tried to call, was kept on hold for almost an hour. When I finally spoke to someone she said the desk had been delayed and might be back in stock in 3 weeks. I received no notice of that although she said there should have been an email. There was not. I cancelled the order as the projected date was not guaranteed. I received no word of apology from the customer service rep. I would never buy from this company again. Bev Smith
I have found my new go to furniture / everything business. My name is Karen, a real customer and a shipping industry did not handle my beautiful glass table, you have to see it, it is fabulous and original (I am very particular). I emailed Ojcommerce, had pictures ready and the very next day they contacted me and said they are sending another. No fuss, No muss (smile). Beautiful merchandise, amazing shipping time and outstanding Customer Service, and today was an awful day at my own job so you know I a honest.
