If I could give no star I would.Bought a outdoor rug from WalMart. Thought I could take it back to WalMart. Still unopened. It is from a third party this Ojcommerce. Had to contact them and they said I could send it back at my expense. I am thinking great! Rug cost $229 took it to FedEx and they were going to charge me $282 to send back! Contacted this place to let them know and to ask if they would send a one time smart label and I would even pay for restocking fee. They said no.Don't buy anything from this company. Terrible!
Ordered a bed from this company and got an email with a tracking number saying the product had been shipped. A few days later I attempted to track the package and the tracking number was no good. After several conversations with customer service, i was finally told the package had not been sent and was still in their warehouse. I cancelled the order and hopefully won't have problems being refunded. I checked the reviews for this company and saw there were 299 complaints logged with bbb in the past 3 years.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars...horrible company! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered my (black) bench. On October 25th I ordered thinking I would get it in time for Thanksgiving. They sent a confirmation that they received my order and I noticed the description said (Brown) bench with drawer. I realized the error and thought I could intercept the transaction so that I will get the correct item. Couldn't get thru as it was suddenly not business hours however, they just confirmed my order, do I emailed and asked them to please send me the black bench as you have the wrong description. The operator said he will cancel the order and send me a confirmation. Well after half hour no confirmation so I called and the next operator alot less polite than the first said I can give you a confirmation but that doesn't mean I can catch it it may have already shipped. Imagine that... it was presumed shipped. After countless calls,email to reroute they told me to accept the package and If I don't like it I can return. No deal! I tracked the package with the shipping co and imagine my shock when they say you do not have a tracking no. Because the item wasn't shipped. I kept calling,texting beyond the point of frustration and I gave up and filed a case with my credit card co. After 3 months of their investigations they found no wrong doing. Meanwhile I have no refund and no product. Now its been 5 months and it seems my money is somewhere in the universe because OJCommerce says the released my money and its up to my credit card co to claim it. And the credit card co says they can not get money they don't see. I have since contacted Better Business Bureau. They should not be in business because of their criminal activity. (Customer service sucks by the way.) Signed...still upset. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... TOTALLY A SCAM.
I have increased the review from 1-2 stars. The day after submitting my review to Trust Pilot and filed a complaint with BBB, Ojcommerce issued a full refund to my account. I would not issue a higher review than 2 stars, because it should not come down to this to get a satisfactory outcome. I ordered floral swags online. The quality and size of the item would have looked perfect in my home. I received the swags. They were cheap imitation silk flower that had threads shooting up from their petals. The colors were blatantly fake making it look like dollar store products. They claimed it measured 33 inches - but the only way you could make the product stretch to that size was to pull each end piece completely stretched out and have the swag in a completely unnatural, not-as-advertised shape. Instead of just allowing me to return the items, they required numerous detailed photos of the item and boxes they shipped in. Then finally the issued RA and labels. I had to bring the boxes to a Fedex store to return them - and then the company refused the return of the item upon delivery!
Website lists product as in stock and promised delivery date of 1 week. Credit card charged immediately, but after 10 days customer service declared it backordered. I had to contact customer service 4 times as they never followed up as promised. Their website still lists the product as in stock. This fraud is apparently their normal business practice,
Poor packaging lead to two of the main parts coming broken in half. I contacted the number on the manual as soon as I received it and was informed that I would received the replacement parts by February. Since Feb 20 I've been calling them and getting sent to voice mail. It's now March and I still haven't received the replacement parts or heard back from the seller. When I asked for a refund, they told me they had no records of my issue and that since it's been more than 30 days since delivery, I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
They are horrible to deal with and do not care about customer experience at all. They are also extremely disorganized . The item I purchased was in stock when I placed the order. The rep then told me there was no ETA and that there was no inventory. So I requested to cancel and magically the next day they had a shipping label on the item and said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t reroute the “shipment”. They said I could refuse delivery or return via their normal “policy” but the whole process and other reviews I’ve seen has made me seriously doubt I would ever see my money. I do not recommend and if you are purchasing from big box retailers like I did (Walmart) make sure this isn’t the reseller tied to the shipment.
Ridiculous!! Ordered the wrong tv stand by mistake and wanted to return it unopened. They DO NOT PAY for returns. It was going to cost me $188 to ship it back. After contacting them they said it was my fault for not reading there disclaimer at the bottom of the page. Lesson learned! Do not order unless you are sure of the product because once it’s delivered it’s yours.
This company is fraudulent, an Indian company operating as domestic illegally. Report them to the Florida Attorney General and get tour money back from your bank fast! Check their Facebook page, hundreds of people scammed. I am lucky my bank has a fraud division that will recover my losses. BUYER Beware! They either ship damage item, different item, or in my case NO item! Positive reviews are FAKE. Don't say you was not warned....
I was skeptical when ordering from OJCommerce as I saw many poor reviews online. But I ended up ordering from them as they have the lowest price, so I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a set of 4 WHI dining chairs, paid with paypal, received an order confirmation via email immediately, the item was shipped out the next day and they sent me a FedEx tracking no. and I received my item within 5 business days. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience with OJCommerce.In the meantime, I did try sending customer service email enquires and they were very responsive and I also called the customer service and the call was answered within 3 minutes and the customer service representative was extremely helpful. For complicated issues, I would suggest calling their customer service as they really try harder to look into the matter and help.I think if you are sure about what you are buying and not planning to make a return, OJCommerce is the great place to shop with the lowest price.But if you are not sure about the item and might need to make a return, then shop at other places like Wayfair as OJCommerce has a 50% restocking fee for returns.I am very happy with my purchase at OJCommerce and would order from them again!!
