Review Time
I purchased an electric bed frame through Amazon 12/31/2024 and the manufacture had a 1 yr. electrical warranty shown in both the amazon page and their website. The motors went out in May and I have requested coverage since this time . One persons response will be they are looking into it and need videos, then the next response will be they don't have a warranty. I contacted the BBB and they did the exact same response.
Update: Contacted OJ Commerce as requested and they began the same exact stalling process of requesting information the same information over and over with no resolution. They use a playbook to avoid returns AND to create an illusion they respond to negative reviews. Their rating is well earned. Reiew: I ordered a floor lamp advertised as 81” tall through Walmart. What I received measured just 69” — a full foot shorter than described. Beyond the false advertising, the product was poorly designed, unstable, and packed in disintegrating styrofoam that made a mess the second I opened the box. When I contacted the seller through Walmart’s official portal, instead of addressing the issue or issuing a return label, I received a scripted list of redundant questions—many of which they already had the answers to. It was a clear attempt to delay the return until I gave up. A quick scan of their 1-star reviews confirms this isn’t a fluke — this is their business model.I am a Walmart+ member who reasonably expected a return process that wasn’t a full-time job. Instead, I got a seller who behaves like an insurance company looking for any excuse not to pay out.If you enjoy re-explaining yourself, being ignored, and measuring products to prove they’re not what was advertised, OJCommerce is for you.I had to work for 2 days with Walmart since they are the merchant really and Walmart told me they would tell OJ Commerce to issue the return. I packed the lamp waited for the label and instead OJ Commerce sent me more questions. The same questions plus now they wanted additional photos. As a reminder, I just packed it. I called Walmart back and apparently the money goes to OJ Commerce. Walmart said they would take action against them and remove them as a seller (we'll see). This company, OJ Commerce is a bad actor and knows the playbook well. If they ran an insurance company, you would find them in the denials department because it's the same playbook.
The product is decent, but if you ever have any problems their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. I exchanged 20+ emails and then had to call them everyday to get them to tell me they had already refunded me when, in fact, they had not. Next level terrible.UPDATE: In response to their response - I will 100% NOT be reaching out to your generic email address. I have exchanged over 2 dozen emails with your support folks and it is always full of unmet promises. "You'll receive an update in 1-2 business days" and I never do unless I email you AGAIN. Thanks for the offer, but no thanks.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!I purchased a table through Wal-Mart but this shop was the third party seller. I tried to cancel BEFORE it was even shipped and was not allowrd to cancel even though i know that as long as its not in tranit you can most certainly cancel. The company wouldnt let me cancel. The table gets delivered 3 days early, but now im stuck with a table that is too big for my kitchen. Ive been in contact with both Wal-Mart and this shop as i cannot use this table and need to return for my money back. They claim to Wal-Mart that they are sending the customer a label but will tell you they will not and per "their polices that were agreed upon at check out" you have agreed to it...which is a LIE there are no policies of such at checkout to agree to.This company will NEVER get my business again! Please be sure to research them before you do purchase and decide for yourself, i wish i had!
I bought a club chair from OJCommerce in December, 2024 and it arrived damaged . . after looking at the box and the inside padding, it was clear that the damage occurred during shipping. I found OJCommerce to be helpful and responsive in my return of the chair. They did offer the opportunity for me to accept the chair for a discount and, while I appreciated that, I wanted to return the chair. I appreciated how engaged OJCommerce was and, ultimately, their willingness to take the chair back. I would buy again from OJCommerce.
The boxes arrived very beat up with holes in them. There was no way the barstools were not damaged. They stated a return would not be possible if boxes were opened, so I wanted to return them and they wanted me to pay for the return. I negotiated for them to pay, but it was an unnecessary hassle. At first, I received a credit minus the cost of the shipping labels. I had to call two more times to get the balance of the total credit. I do not recommend this company.
They lie about size and quality of product and when you get it eventhough it says you can return items it cost more to have it shipped back then actual item. They also say low on stock hoping you will buy and like myself buy 2. They're so very rude in emails and they don't answer the phone for returns. This is such a scam and a horrible company. Do Not buy from these ppl
