I ordered a king size headboard from this Company on Amazon, it was pictured in various shades of brown, but the headboard I received was orange.Amazon stated I had to receive a return authorization from OJ Commerce I have been attempting to do so for 24 hours. They keep requesting pictures telling me I had to completely unpack it, I explained that I wasn't going to do so because their policy stated it had to be returned in the original box with all packaging! The picture I sent them clearly showed the orange color. They then informed me that I would have to pay for the shipping, estimated at $280 which is more than the original headboard cost, and that it would not fit in my car! This has gone back and forth for the past day, I finally asked them not to contact me further and I will pursue my refund through Amazon, horrible, dishonest Company, do not buy from them!
Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!
We never received the full product ordered. We returned the product more than 6 months ago and never received a refund. The customer service has repeatedly delayed our request and no progress has been made in 6 months. Each time we contacted support we were promised a call back within 1-2 business days. Those promised return calls did not happen, and we would have continuously call back to escalate the issue. Update: Original Order was Oct 4, 2024We worked with support to troubleshoot why we only received part of our order until we finally requested a refund on 12-4. The full product was returned by 1-6 with confirmation from the courier. My wife contacted support repeatedly to follow up on the refund. We finally received a refund on Aug 1, 2025, after this review was submitted.
I accidentally hit order by mistake & notified OJCommerce immediately (within 5 minutes) but they would NOT cancel the order. Shipped product & now I will refuse it with carrier AND credit card company. WORST VENDOR I ever worked with. Took days to communicate with.
I highly discourage you from buying anything from this company. We purchased two desks form Home Depot. One was fine and the other was broken. We put together one and brought the other back to Home Depot. We ordered it again. Again, the same piece came broken. Did it again and for a third time the same piece was broken. I called Home Depot and asked to just get the broken piece sent. They sent an email which OJ Commerce replied to quickly asking for pictures. I needed to send them three times as they claimed they were never attached to the email. I then get a call asking if they can refund me $25 and I keep the product as is. I told them no, that I want the broken piece shipped out. I checked my email 2 minutes later and had three emails asking me to accept a $25 refund and then a fourth email was sent a couple minutes later stating they were going to refund me $98 and I can dispose of the product how I wish. If I wanted to do the work of disposing and paying for a large item to be trashed, I would, but I don’t and $98 wasn’t even the purchase price. I emailed them again stating I just want the broken piece and that they don’t have my credit card information so a refund can’t be made. I was told the refund was processed and there is nothing they can do. Definitely poor customer service. I have no faith in ever seeing my full refund. Save yourself the headache.
Beware of this shady outfit. They sell on Amazon. Offered a table on sale and in stock, and then, waited 5 days to tell me the order was cancelled. Amazon rep told me that they cancelled my order and then raised the price $250 dollars and re-offered the table for sale. We don’t need these slime balls screwing customers over.
I bought a cat tree/condo from them They took my money and a week later I get an email from them saying they ran out of them and will refund me when they initiate a cancellation. 7 Days later and they still haven't initiated a cancellation and tell me to be patient and keep on waiting. Then they keep on sending me 5 of the same generic e-mails all saying the same thing, even after I called them and they couldn't tell me when they will work on it.Buyer Beware with this company. Don't buy from them....or you too will experience the same thing. I will now have my Bank go after them and get their Merchant account taken away for fraud. Now TODAY, 5/12/2025 I get a response from them. I rest my case with company. Almost one year later.
