Feedback This seller deserves a negative rating. The sofa advertised didn’t specifically say that it’s a set. It was misleading. So I bought this thinking it was a set. It was delayed for about 3 weeks from the original date it was originally promised. We had an event and badly needed this set. Seller told us they couldn’t help us bec it’s shippers problem that’s why it was delayed. We had to pick up the couch all the way from sellers warehouse. It was 180-200 miles from our house. I’ve spent $900 for shipping. When we arrived at the shopper warehouse, I found out that our couch was not delivered on proposed. Second, I also found out that it was not a set, but half of the set. I begged and pleaded seller to pick it up from my house at no cost, seller humiliated and blamed me instead. Instead of working together , this seller ignored and has never helped. So I paid for the cost of the couch plus $900 shipping pick up plus return cost. It’s not totally worth it. I had to go through this nightmare just to deal with this seller. Better google this seller before doing any business.
I ordered a wicker outdoor table. It arrived w/ the 44" box slashed in multiple places, ripped open, and the table was crumbling inside. I emailed the company that day w/ pics and twice more with no response. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I submitted a complain and heard back 10 days later. I requested a replacement or refund since the table is un-usable with damage. They have refused for days. Finally stated I'd have to pay to have it shipped back and also pay for a replacement to be shipped. The damage was not my fault-it arrived in that condition. At this point, they've said they're not going to do anything and close the ticket. Awful shipping, customer service, and no resolution. I'm now going to ask my credit card company to dispute it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
Hello Mr Jacob, hope this email finds you well. I purchased a sofa and the details are below. This sofa was delayed for about 2 weeks from the time of the original receipt date promised to us. It was stuck at a warehouse in Stockton, CA. We had a time-sensitive event which we moved the date (multiple times) because we were waiting for the couch.image.png1. We called shipper (AM home trucking delivery) and said our furniture will be stuck at their warehouse. An AM delivery customer agent said they don’t have drivers and they have no intention to deliver our products. If they do, they don’t know when.Because of this, I hired someone to go to the Stockton warehouse of AM delivery. It's a 180-200 mile drive from our house. We rented a truck to pick up the item. When we reached the AM trucking warehouse, we found out that their drivers actually will be delivering in our area but MISSED our item on purpose.Should we have known this, I shouldn't have hired manpower and spent money to have the item picked up.2. When we reached the warehouse, I learned that only half of the couch set was delivered. As you can see in the website, the photo is pictured as one set. Also, the description does not say that only 1 couch is included, instead of a set.image.pngimage.pngShould we have known that this product is only half, I should not have purchased this. We need the entire set, and not just half. The information that was displayed on Amazon is incorrect.3. We called your office so many times. The supervisor named Orlando just dismissed us like there was no issue. He sounded like he was blaming us. It looks like this is not in line with the "customer-obsession" policy of Amazon. We purchased it on Amazon as the platform is really outstanding. This is the exception.The customer agents were saying that it's not really their job if something's delayed. True-- because it's all in the shipper's hands. But I hope your team can somehow help in small ways by liaising with the shipper. In our case, we were doing all the work. Your team has a culture of "its not my job". ****We felt defrauded and we wasted our time, resources and energy. I’m sure we’re just another order for you. But for small individuals like us, this means the world. I'm sure we are another delivery for you and you guys probably won't care.I fully regret purchasing this furniture and doing business with your company. It has caused us so much stress. This is furniture from HELL.I would like to request for the following:1. We are not using the furniture. Please have someone to pick up from our house. Please don't expect us to drive the furniture and return it all the way to the Stockton, CA warehouse.2. Kindly reimburse us with the $$ I have spent with the driver, truck rental and gas for picking up the furniture. AM trucking warehouse is 180-200 mile from my house. Thank you.
Ojcommerce is simply the worst place you want to order from.My futon sofa arrived with box and sofa both heavily damaged. I called customer service and was on hold for 2 hours.Finally when I emailed them, they told me they have no service to pick it up.Stay away from Ojcommerce. Terrible customer service!
I ordered a desk from OJ Commerce through Amazon with assembly.The package arrived securely bubble wrapped. I was not able to see the product or product number on the box.We safely stored the box until the assembly technician arrived.We moved shelves out of my son's room to allow for enough space for the technician to assemble the desk in the room when he arrived.The technician was almost done with the assembly when he asked me which way to set it up. This was an odd question, since I had ordered a rectangular desk.Turns out, OJ Commerce sent an L shaped desk.There is not enough room to place an L shaped desk in my son's room.We are going into week 3. I have my son's shelves in my living room.OJ Commerce is demanding for me to return the desk. They will not assist with the disassembly of the desk.They will send me a return Fed Ex sticker.That's the only remedy they offer to get my money back.That means I'm out now money to return the desk. I have the inconvenience of walking around shelves in my living room.And I will never get the desk I actually ordered. Amazon cannot assist, since this is a 3rd party vendor.Terrible customer service.Do not order from them.
Bought Bamboo fencing that must of been Factory rejects..Arrived in a week which was great but..did not look like the photo At All!! Very poorly woven and could not leave a review with out signing up on some invasive website. Beware Completely different product color. Very miss leading! No returns..byer beware!!
oj commerce has put Walmart in a very, very, very bad position with their return policy. If you return something heavy be ready to pay and not be refunded by oj commerce. Stay away from purchasing anything remotely associated with oj, especially if there is a fear of a return. They act like they care, but with a return policy like they have they can`t possibly care about the customer.
This should be no stars. Terrible return policy as a seller on Walmart's siteI purchased an accent chair through Walmart, thinking that the return policy would be Walmart's and not the horrible and unreasonable OJ Commerce policy of you pay to ship it back for more than what I bought it for. They don't make their policy obvious and you are tricked into assuming you are buying from Walmart and can bring the item to your local Walmart store for more than what I paid for the chair. They had a Fedex return label but FedEx business account rejected it. Don't buy from these people. Read all these other reviews. Same complaints. I could understand if I had bought the chair on OJ Commerce website, but when you shop on Walmart's site, you think you are buying from Walmart. I've already sent a complaint to Walmart headquarters.
Do not buy this product (Savannah Curbside Mailbox); if you still do, then try another seller! I tried to wipe dirt off the mailbox with wet paper towel and the outer coating came right off leaving black marks. Upon calling them, OJ Commerce passed the buck to the manufacturer saying that they cant do anything about it since its past the 30 days from purchase. Absolutely unexpected paint quality and poor customer service by OJ.
