I ordered two of the same item. OJ shipped and charged me for four items. They insist I pay for return shipping of the duplicate order, but that is higher than the purchase price. (The items are heavy furniture pieces.) It appears that OJ is dumping inventory by duplicating orders. DO NOT ever order from OJ as you may end up with duplicate, unreturnable items.
I give it one star because zero is not an option. My experience has been the same as many others - multiple nonsensical emails with conflicting information (shipped/not shipped; different order nos., etc.) and ominous warnings about what might happen if I don't make myself available on the (unspecified) date when the package is delivered. It's been 30 days since the order was placed and paid for, and 18 since I tried to cancel the order, but still nothing expect the suspect emails (none of which acknowledge my attempt to cancel the order). Please be sure to read the many BBB complaints.
Ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror. I received an email a few days later saying both items had shipped with four different tracking numbers, all that didn’t work. I emailed customer service to explain the issue and received an email a few days later stating the order had been cancelled.
I bought a Schwin Meridian Tricycle. The box was abused and battered when it arrived late. The tricycle has several dents and scratches. I could not sen the bike back because the box was too broken. I put the bike together and had to use touch up paint and try to pull out the dents. OJCommerce was not helpful and did not offer and discount.
I tried to order a cat tower THREE times and every time they would send me the same wrong model of the same brand, trying to convince me each time that that’s what I ordered. I waited for two weeks or so for the third time to order it since they told me there was a warehouse issue that has been fixed. Well, clearly not. It’s impossible to reach someone higher up, they say you will get a call back from someone but that never happens.
My mother ordered a couch from these clowns through Amazon. They sent one that obviously had the main box, box 1 0f 3 damaged before shipping as it was wrapped with copious amounts of packing tape. When we tried to get the box replaced they insisted that we repack and send all of the boxes back then order again. They then offered instead sending us the one destroyed one after offering us $112 to "just keep it". Thing is, they are in my opinion sending out damaged goods so they can claim insurance and loss for the items and also hope that they can offload their damaged merch. Never ordering
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEMThis is their response to my email I sent to them.Dear Susan Fisher,The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS: 1.
