misleading advertising.
I purchased Neem seed oil, but upon receiving the product, I discovered it is mixed with sunflower oil. Furthermore, the label does not indicate the mixing ratio. On their website, they market these as specific seed oils, yet they never disclose that they are blended with sunflower oil, nor do they specify the percentages. I believe this constitutes misleading advertising.
I contacted customer support and Bryan Claude (Senior Relationship Manager) told me not to worry, promising either a full refund or a replacement with a higher concentration. I have an extensive email thread spanning over three months proving these commitments. However, neither the refund nor the replacement has arrived. I am still waiting. I believe this company is a scam and is actively deceiving its customers.
Hello, the online store is fine and easy to navigate, and the goods arrived in good condition. However, what I’m missing — and what isn’t very pleasant — is your payment gateway. Usually, when paying online, it’s necessary to confirm the payment with a code from the bank or approve it in internet banking. Why isn’t that required with you?It would also be nice if the invoice could be linked directly to the payment. I understand that you’re a foreign entity, so VAT cannot be claimed, but for accounting purposes, it’s important to match the card payment with a specific invoice.
A feeling that something was wrong was already present, and fortunately, no order was placed. The search was for magnesium oil, and then the prices on the site were seen. All products are priced at 29.90, regardless of whether 1 liter or 5 liters of oil is purchased. To clarify, 1 liter of jojoba oil costs the same as 5 liters of castor oil. It didn’t change when I put it in “my cart”. Then, the magnesium oil product was examined, and the CPSR report and other documents were requested but not received. They were only available upon request, which was made via email. The report states that the product consists of 99.97% sunflower oil and contains only 0.03% magnesium chloride. The claim is that this is common practice, which means 0.3 ml per 1 liter.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS. SCAM COMPANYI bought some black seed oil and the shipping was very expensive- then I had to pay duties (which was never disclosed when purchasing) then the package was “damaged” and didn’t get any updates about it. They sent me round in circles for weeks before finally offering a promo code ???? ridiculous. DO NOT DALL FOR THE SCAM.
