I purchased a car seat, it did not arrive. I emailed and was offered the car seat in a different colour. This was then dispatched immediately.The staff were so helpful and supportive. Outstanding service, with a speedy response. Thank you Emma 😊

Ordered items on 15.11.25

Ordered items on 15.11.25, these were dispatched on 17.11.25 and were due for delivery by FedEx on 18.11.25, it is now 02.12.25 and I have still not received my order, apparently due to delivery delays with FedEx. I have now requested that FedEx return these items to Oliver’s and I have requested that my order is cancelled and a full refund issued. Despite my rights as a consumer, Oliver’s is refusing to refund me my money until the goods are returned to them! An issue between this company and their chosen courier has now become my problem! Not on!

Easy ordering and price was reduced…

Easy ordering and price was reduced compared to when I ordered one for my older grandson. Arrived very quickly and was kept informed. Hope it’s as good as the previous one.

Items never arrived

Items never arrived, and the handling of the issue has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, I was told to report it to the police—who confirmed it was not something they could assist with. The delivery company then claimed the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour who does not exist, and despite this clear inconsistency, the seller stated they were unable to help any further.The situation feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns. I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more established and reputable retailer. Fortunately, I paid by credit card and should be able to recover the funds, but this has been a very poor experience that calls the legitimacy of the business into question.*In response to their latest reply, they continue to provide false information, which is quite embarrassing for them at this point. The item was not delivered to the correct address and was allegedly handed to a person who does not exist.The company repeatedly tries to fob customers off, either telling you to contact the police or the courier, despite this being their legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are not following the legislation and are demonstrating clear misconduct in their business practices.I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and strongly advise all people to avoid this company, I recommend reading other Google reviews as this seems to be a fairly regular occurrence with their customer support being arrogant and trying to push off any responsibility. If anything goes wrong with your order, this company will not help in anyway, and instead lie about parcels being signed, delivered to the correct address and deflect any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go to a legitimate company

Great Price, Smooth Transaction, but Factor in the Return Policy

The initial purchase experience was outstanding: the price was very competitive, ordering was easy, and the delivery was fast and reliable. This part of the service was truly 5-star. However, when I needed to process a return, I found the system to be less intuitive and slightly more complicated than expected. It required more effort than the smooth process I've experienced with other major retailers. While the slight price saving here is tempting, for future purchases, I would consider using Amazon, even at a fractionally higher cost, due to their consistently straightforward and guaranteed hassle-free returns. Simplifying the return procedure would make the overall customer experience excellent.

My husband and I visited Olivers…

My husband and I visited Olivers Babycare back in November as it was the only store near us that stocked Sliver Cross plus loads of other brands. We did not make an appointment as it was a Monday afternoon, we walked in and were greeted by Liz who was amazing! She showed us the range we were after and showed us how it all worked as well as other brands in store to make sure we were choosing the right one for us. She didn’t push us into purchasing anything but was patient with us while we had questions etc about the travel system. She knew all the products so well and was so friendly! We ended up choosing the Cove range from Sliver Cross as well as a 3 piece furniture set which we could also view in store.We received our order which was delivered to our house before Christmas which was super quick.The travel system is perfect and we are so pleased with it! The furniture set was great but some of the cot pieces were damaged and incorrect so we contacted Olivers Babycare to hopefully get this sorted. Emma was super apologetic and told us that she would get this solved and looked into. Emma kept us in the loop while she tried to solve this issue with Sliver Cross and a week later we received one of the spare parts but were still missing two parts. Again we went back to Emma who was on the case and we then got the missing parts not long after that. Emma has also been amazing and we would definitely recommend this store to family/friends. ☺️
