Review Time
This would have been a 5 star for Olivers however due to delivery I've dropped it to a 4.Ordering was great and the buggy was dispatched by them very quickly, however, they used FedEx to send the parcel and this is where it all went wrong. Contact with Olivers was responded too in a reasonable time and I appreciate that once they have sent the item its out of their hands. I've left a 1 star review for FedEx on Trust Pilot and fed back to Olivers that they should review how they send their parcels. The buggy is as described and for the price is great for my granddaughter.
The item I bought was at a great price. I purchased on the internet on a Saturday afternoon and received a “despatched” email shortly afterwards. Being the weekend, I expected the next day delivery to mean it would arrive on Monday. However, it arrived midday on the Sunday, which was a great surprise. I would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered a cot and draws that stated they were both in stock. I had an email saying it had been dispatched then after waiting the 3-5 working days got an email to say it was out of stock. Confused as it had all ready been dispatched I was then offered a new product or to wait until it came back in stock (end of September).I chose a new product and was given a new delivery date. Unfortunately the delivery company they use kept delaying my order, I understand not their fault however this is just adding to my bad experience. After finally getting the order I unpackaged the cot to find cracks in the base. Running out of time to prep for the baby I start putting it up anyway. My husband then takes photos as I’m putting it up which I send to the company to ask for a new part. They respond to say we will replace it but it’s your fault it cracked as you put it up upside down, which I had however it was broken before I did this. Then I opened the draws and noticed damaged to a side board. This time learning from my mistake I take photos before I put it up so there is no way they can blame me. I think it’s better to buy else where especially whilst pregnant it will be less stressful and upsetting.
